P&P - Gift Wrap - Dispatch - Returns

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

We send our parcels using Royal Mail Second Class Tracked service for both our UK and International mail. We charge £3 for all orders up to £50 and free postage for the UK after this. We pack and post your orders on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure that none are sat waiting to leave over the weekend, and a happy work flow in the studio.

International Postage costs are calculated by weight. Please note that any tax for the import of your purchase is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All of our products come boxed and wrapped in 100% recycled and recyclable packaging made here in the UK.

GIFT WRAPPING:

Lily Loves wrapping presents, with many brothers, it was usually up to her gift wrap Christmas - so she’s had plenty of practice!

If you would like your items gift wrapped just tick the box when checking out, and leave a brief message for the Gift Tag. If you have multiple gifts for different recipients, either leave a note, or put it in an email to lily-faith@mail.com. For all gift orders, we do not include an invoice.

We can send the gift direct to the recipient, just put their address in the Shipping Address field at the Checkout. We can not send to multiple recipients in one single transaction at this time, due to the way shipping costs are calculated.

DISPATCH:

Orders will be dispatched within three working days of the order being placed. If, for unforeseen circumstances there is a delay, Lily Faith will be in touch with you regarding your order, and give you the opportunity for a refund, or replacement of the products you have ordered. If you need to change something in your order and you have not yet been notified of it’s dispatch, do get in touch and we will try our best to make this possible.

RETURNS:

Lily Faith wants you to be delighted with your products that are purchased from us, however if you aren't, online shopping laws dictate, that you are entitled to a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase, and return the item within the next 14 days, in the original packaging.

We regret that if items have signs of unreasonable wear and tear, or are not returned within the specified time frame, we will make a small charge for refinishing and restocking this item.

Postage for Returned items is non refundable, return shipping costs are also non refundable.

DISCREPANCIES:

Each piece is hand painted and constructed, and therefore unique to you. I always strive for every item to have the same energy and integrity as the last, and for it to closely reflect the images portraying my products on my website and all other platforms.

I regularly photograph and update images of my collections of work, to accurately reflect the current feel and aesthetic of my work. However, there will be some minor differences between the items photographed and ones received, due to their nature of being hand painted and hand made, and the seed heads collected and available at the time of production. I endeavour to always supply products that I am equally and entirely proud of. I always take illustrative photo's in natural day light, to help you assess size, scale and colour.
