Wholesale Terms

Location

Lily loves to work with new galleries, shops and boutiques throughout the UK and beyond, but we do like to make sure that everyone gets to enjoy a sense of exclusivity. With this in mind we will always do a little investigating before confirming your order to ensure that there is no direct competition in your area.

Orders

Orders will be confirmed with an invoice and prospective lead time, with a maximum of three weeks. For extremely large wholesale orders, this would be reviewed and negotiated with you. Delivery costs would also be calculated and confirmed in the invoice. Once your order is ready to dispatch we contact you double check the address you would like your parcels sent to. At this point we would like the order to be paid for in full.

Prices

All products are priced with a 2.4 % margin. We would prefer you to sell at the same retail prices, as suggested on the price list. These prices we think are fair for the products that we make, and we will be selling these products at the same prices throughout all our outlets including online and at physical markets. This also includes all our stockists, either working with Lily Faith on wholesale or sale or return terms.
